Greenland Project
This summer I’ll be returning to the West Coast of Greenland launching from Illulisat on expedition, taking a group of kayakers with all our supplies and collecting water on the way to explore the coastline off-grid for over two weeks. On my previous trips in 2016 and 2022 I’ve photographed and sketched the extraordinary landscape with a view to highlighting the issue of climate change as I have had first hand experience and seen how the sea ice and environment has changed. It’s a mesmerising environment and this year I am planning a large scale project to capture what I see. More details to follow…
RNLI Project - SW Sea Kayaking Adventure
In 2021 I challenged myself to a charity adventure kayaking all the RNLI SW region and visiting the stations along the way. I’ve fitted the trips as and when I could get time on the water between work and life commitments with favourable weather. It’s taking longer than planned but I’m still going and have visited 18 stations, kayaked 450km and raised £1000!
